Read the following terms and conditions carefully. By signing up for the SatanCash sponsorship program, you acknowledge and agree that you will be bound by all of the terms and conditions within this agreement.

1. Forbidden Activity. All of the following activities are strictly forbidden. Any instance of these activities will result in the immediate termination of your account, without pay:

Spamming of any kind. This includes but is not limited to email, ICQ, chatroom, newsgroup and messenger spam.
Attempts to mislead or defraud us in any way.
Any type of method to generate false hits or signups. This includes signups by the webmaster.
Promoting our sites on any sites that contain: warez, bestiality, child pornography, rape, acts of violence, passwords, or any illegal activity. This includes html, graphics, text, links, meta tags and any other form.
Signups generated by means of requirement for gaining entrance to yours or another persons website, or to gain access to some other goods or services.
Sites hosted on non-adult free hosts that do not allow adult content.
Any misrepresentation of our websites, or false statements pertaining to the goods or services that we offer. This includes misrepresenting the content within our sites and the price of our sites.
Any site that instructs the surfer to signup and cancel, or to exploit our signup process in any way.

2. We do not allow webmasters from these countries to participate in our programs:
Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, Sweden, Poland, Italy, Denmark, China, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, neither Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, India, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, or Yugoslavia.

3. You are required to provide a Social Security # or Federal Tax ID when you sign up. We are required by law to issue a 1099 to all US entities to which we pay $600 or more per year.

5. Accounts that are terminated without pay, will have a stop placed on any and all outstanding funds.

7. It is your responsibility to refer to this document from time to time to check for modifications or alterations.

8. We reserve the right to alter or modify these terms at any time, and without prior notice to the webmaster.

9. We reserver the right to cancel this agreement at any time, for any reason, without any prior notice. In such instance, you will be notified immediatley and paid all funds due up to that point.

10. Commissions.

a. The Program includes two possible forms of commission payout: (i) payout based on a full signup, and (ii) payout based on trial signup.

i. Full Signup: We will pay you a commission of up to 60% per person who connects from your Links on your Affiliate Site to a Satancash Site and who signs up for a monthly or other recurring membership to our sites.

ii. Trial Signup: We will pay you a commission of up to 60% per person who connects from your Links on your Affiliate Site to a Satancash Site and who signs up for a monthly or other recurring membership to our sites.

i. Some, or even most, of the sites on satancash's exit consoles are not in the Satancash Program and therefore you will receive no compensation for those exit sales under the Satancash Affiliate Program. The commission rates are subject to change from time to time, upon e-mail notice to you and commencing 10 days following the date of such notice.

ii. Note that a commission will be paid to you only if the visitor to the applicable SatanCash Site can be tracked by our system from the time of the Link to the time of the sale. In other words, you will receive no commission if a visitor arrives at a SatanCash Site via your Affiliate Site without subscribing to any services, navigates away from the SatanCash Site, and later returns to the SatanCash Site other than from your Affiliate Site and subscribes to a membership.

iii. No commission will be paid to you if the visitor's membership payment at the SatanCash Site cannot be tracked directly to your Affiliate Site by our system or if full payment for services is not made to us by the customer, including, but not limited to, instances of credit card charge-backs, cancellations and other refunds. No commission will be paid to you for subscribers who are below the age of majority in their resident jurisdiction, or who reside in a jurisdiction that otherwise prohibits such person's use of or subscription to theSatanCash Site or services offered thereon. No commission will be paid to you for signups by you or anyone within your organization, or for subscribers who we determine were referred by you in violation of this Agreement or otherwise through actual or possible fraudulent activity (such as through the use of fraudulent names, e-mail addresses or credit cards).

Satan Cash reserves the right to terminate anyone who violates any of our terms described for all programs. If you intentionally attempt to defraud our program in any way you will be terminated with prejudice and not be paid. If your violation is an honest mistake we may allow you an opportunity to make it right. The decision will be ours and will be final! If we allow you another chance, you will be placed on "probation" for a specified amount of time. If there is a second violation during your probationary period you will be terminated and banned from all of our current and future programs. If there is not, you will become a webmaster in good standing.
